Northern Bounce accepts Visa or Mastercard over the phone, we also accept e-transfers. Every booking requires a 50% deposit upon time of booking to confirm your event.

Northern Bounce does not provide refunds under any circumstances, however if your party is canceled due to inclement weather or we are unable to setup the equipment the day of the event we will transfer your booking to a different day based on availability, at no charge. If the customer has not contacted Northern Bounce prior to the setup crew arriving on site to setup, the payment will be considered to be used in full regardless of weather problems. No credit will be issued at that point. Northern Bounce at its own discretion, may refuse to set up equipment or may return early to take down equipment due to wind or weather conditions for safety reasons. If possible, Northern Bounce will do it's best to accommodate customers (i.e: moving units indoors if possible) but safety of riders and users of the equipment is our primary concern. CANCELLATION POLICY: Cancellations prior to 14 days before the date of the event will result in the customer being charged 50% of the rental contract. Cancellation within 14 days of the event will result in the customer being charged 100% of the rental price.

We can set up on grass preferably, dirt, asphalt and concrete, and we can set up indoors any time of the year! We can't set up on any type of rocks as it will wear and tear the inflatables/games. We also will not set up on sand as it destroys the seams on inflatables.

Yes and no. You are not responsible for normal wear and tear on our units. Seams may develop tears in high traffic areas over a period of time. If this happens please alert us at once so we can remedy the situation. If however, damage occurs due to failure to follow our safety rules or negligence (i.e. not turning off the blower in high winds) you will be responsible for all damages up to and including replacement of the unit/blower etc. which can cost thousands of dollars. We don't want you or us to be in that situation which is why we have you sign and initial on all of our safety rules so that you can be the trained operator. You may purchase damage insurance to prevent incurring any costs for damage while in use (keys, belt buckles, glasses etc. can easily tear the inflatable).

Attendants are available for $30/hour in addition to any pricing found on the website. Each inflatable typically rquires 1 attendant unless specified otherwise. Some larger units will REQUIRE an attendant from Northern Bounce, this will be specified on the product page.
